    I have tried the below but jt has not worked.Hello, my name is Arif Ahmed, Windows Advisor.I would be happy to help you.Please try the following steps:Remove the Printer:Go to Control Panel.Click on the "View by" option at the top-right corner and select "Large Icons".Click on Devices and Printers.Right click on your Printer icon and select Remove Device.Add the Printer:Click on "Add a Printer"Select Network Printer If it is connected to the NetworkSelect the Printer and Proceed.Restart the PC as well as the Printer.Then, check if you see the A3 option.
