    Can't print Color. No problem with ink cartridges.


    Why can I not find option to print color in the Print Preview screen. Operating with Window 11 to a HP Envy printer. If I print from my computer or phone, I can only get Black and White. If printing from my wife's phone she gets color. I have looked through settings and found nothing.
