Windows 10: Can’t print file in direct window programe

Hello, i have some problem to print file from direct window program ex. Word , excelIt use more time to find printer and finally the screen turn white and i can’t print itWhen i open printer & scanner My printer didn’t appear but when i click trobleshoot bottom it show printer but i can’t click or do anything on it cause it spend more than 10 mins to pop upwhen i open printer from control panelMy printer appear but i spend more time to click and run printer finally it can’t solve anything tooSo now i can’t print and convert every file to pdf. When i must use printer application i use bro

Hi, unless there's a suitable utility, I suggest this is a 2 stage process. 1. Create the name list. 2. Organise into columns. 1. Try Karen's Directory Printer the File Cataloging Utility for Windows v5.4.4 Released May 25, 2020 | Karen's Power Tools | Karen's Software - donationware or similar to create a linear list of names as afile. 2. A couple of ways to convert that into columns for printing: a. use e.g. Convert a List to Columns - Online List Tools b. use a blank template in a (free) spreadsheet or word processor program and copy the list into that. That gives you a preview- which you can print. You'd think there'd be some freeware out there..
