Windows 10: Can't Print from Mail

I cannot print from mail. This is a recent issue in the past day or so. I can print attachments to emails, PDFs, WordPad, etc. But, I am unable to print the actual email. I click the three dots in the upper right area of the screen for print and then obtain the code "ox8007007e." I tried following the recommendation given in one of the answers but it does not work for me. I found MANY folders entitled "printconfig.dll" and not where the individual said I would find it. I found the MANY folders my searching "printconfig.dll" by clicking on "This PC." Also, there is no folder labeled "x64old". This is so frustrating. Everything was fine; however, there was a Microsoft update about the same time I encountered this issue. If it is any help, my printer is a Kyocera FS C2526 MFP; Windows 10; brand new Lenovo laptop. PRINTING E MAIL FROM OUTLOOK IN WINDOWS 10

• Do you get any error message?
• Are you unable to print the particular e-mail or all e-mails?
• Did you make any changes prior to this issue?

I suggest you to run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Type “Troubleshooting” in the search box and press Enter.
• Click on ‘View All’ on the top left pane.
• Click on “Windows Store Apps” from the list and follow the on-screen prompts for troubleshooting.

Unable to print from Windows 10 Mail app

I have the same issue. I can print from all other applications, but attempting to print for Mail App produces nothing.

I do not see the document appear in the printing queue and have also tried printing to PDF with same non-printing result.

I've completed the suggested troubleshooting steps with no resolution.

 

Windows 10 Mail app won't print some messages

using the Windows PowerShell. To do this, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Click Start, type Windows PowerShell, right-click on it, then select
  Run as administrator.
• Enter the command below:
  • Get-AppxPackage *windowscommunicationsapps* | Remove-AppxPackage, then press
    Enter.

Once done, we suggest that you download theWindows 10 Mail and Calendar app from the
Windows Store.
