Windows 10: Can't print from Microsoft Mail

On windows 10, I can print from Microsoft Edge, but not MSN Mail.


I get "Your printer has experienced an unexpected configuration problem 0x8007007e"


I have a HP LaserJet6P


I can't get it to print to a pdf file either, same message.


Any ideas on how to fix this?

How do I print e-mails in windows 10 Mail

• What troubleshooting steps have you tried to fix the issue?
• Is your printer attached to the system?

Whenever you open a mail, press CTRL + P simultaneously. You will get the option to print.

I suggest you to run App troubleshooter if the issue is regarding the mail app.

  Type ‘Troubleshooting’ in the search next to start.

  Click on ‘View All’ on left side and select ‘Windows store Apps’.

Windows 10 Mail app won't print some messages

using the Windows PowerShell. To do this, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Click Start, type Windows PowerShell, right-click on it, then select

• Enter the command below:
  • Get-AppxPackage *windowscommunicationsapps* | Remove-AppxPackage, then press
    Enter.

Once done, we suggest that you download theWindows 10 Mail and Calendar app from the
Windows Store.

Print from microsoft edge

Method 1: I suggest you to follow the steps below to print
documents in the Windows 10 Edge browser and check if it helps:

  Once the document is open in Edge, press Ctrl+P or
  More actions button at the top last end of the browser.

  Click Print as PDF button.
  
• 
  Check if the document prints as expected.
  

If the above steps did not work, try the next methods.

Method 2: I would suggest you to run “Hardware and Devices” troubleshooter to diagnose the exact issue.
