Windows 10: Can't print from PC

I have a desktop HP all-in-one printer, Scanner, fax and I can print from my Andrpid phone, But I cannot print from my computer. No matter what I have done I cannot print. I have uninstalled it, Reinstalled it, downloaded new software and drivers but I still can't print from my computer. Currently i'm running windows ten. Any help would be appreciated

We suggest that you disable and re-enable the Print to PDF feature. Here are the steps:

• Click on the Start menu and type in Windows Features.
• Choose Turn Windows features on or off.
• On the next window, find Microsoft Print to PDF and disable it. Click
  OK to save changes.
• Restart your PC.
• Repeat the same steps to re-enable Microsoft Print to PDF.

Method 1: Run the Printing Troubleshooter

Method 2: Uninstall unnecessary printers

Having two or more printers installed can cause issues with the Print Spooler and printing. Follow the steps below to uninstall any unnecessary printers:

• Press Windows Key + X and select Control Panel from the list.
• When Control Panel opens, locate Devices and Printers.
• In Devices and Printers section select the printer you want to remove and click Print server properties.
• Go to Drivers tab. You should see the list of all installed printers.
• Select the printer you want to remove and click the Remove button.
• Select Remove driver and driver package and click OK to completely remove the printer.
• After removing unnecessary printers, restart your PC.

Thanks for your help. I was browsing the web the other day and I found a page called FINAL DRAFT. They had a set of instructions for reinstalling the Microsoft Print to PDF utility that worked great for me. Problem solved.
