Windows 10: cant print opened jpg attachments in windows 10

hello all- epson stylus c88,old,i know,still works.........i can print everything except opened attachments in windows 10.i tried saving attachment to desktop,wont print. gives me message # "0x80010105 your printer has met an unexpected configuration problem." edge browser.........i have removed the printer and drivers.........reinstalled,same thing,same error message........if i send an e-mail from .....att.net to g-mail.com,i can print the opened attachment on g-mail???if sent from g-mail to att.net,wont open??????????? i called epson,they have no idea.........

printing attachments in emails

Hey Guys, With Windows 10, now when I go to print an attachment in gmail, it downloads it then I have to choose a program to open it with then print. Why can't I print it from the screen it opens in? If I try the menu at the top in google to print it
only shows half the page. Five steps to print one attachment is killing me. Thanks for any help.

• What kind of contents and extensions do you want to print?

I suggest you to perform the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps:

Method 1: I suggest you to follow the steps below to print documents in the Windows 10 Edge browser and check if it helps:

• 
  Once the document is open in Edge, press
  Ctrl+P or More actions button at the top last end of the browser.
  
• 
  Click Print as PDF button.
  
• 
  Check if the document prints as expected.
  

If the above steps did not work, try the next methods.

Method 2: Set your printer as default.

• 
  Press Windows key and type
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on view by and select large icons.
  
• 
  Open Devices and printers.
  
• 
  Right click on your printer and select set a default printer.
