Windows 10: Can't Print through any Windows Dialogue but can Print through Chrome

My windows 10 computer was printing fine days ago but now can not print through any windows dialogues.

I'm using an Epson WorkForce 7610 printer/scanner/fax. I check the drivers and they say theyre functioning properly, but windows shows the drivers as unavailable, I get errors saying the spooler service won't start, so I've restarted it many times to no avail. Is this stemming from the october update that has been removed? I've tried uninstalling the latest update but even that is not totally possible, the install always fails to remove properly.

Why is the critical step of removing all old printer drivers (Step 5) in the Printui dialogue the same as Step 6 right clicking the printer in Devices and Printers to delete it and restart PC?

After you install the printer software in Print 8 you did a lot of other things with a Desktop app that are not in the list and unneeded. Why were these necessary instead of just selecting a .pdf document to print and trying it?

The reason I ask is that I've suggested these steps countless times and they have always worked if only they are followed, not adding a bunch of steps at the end.

Microsoft Edge Print Dialogue

Hello Microsoft community,

Recently switching over from Google Chrome, I thought I had finally found the perfect browser. Edge has provided me with a fast and sleek browser that I thought was perfectly perfect. When printing, however, the print dialogue that edge operates from
is highly restricting; I am unable to print multiple pages per sheet or other specifics of the sort. While a bit melodramatic, I find it very useful for me to save paper by doing this. Is there any way to disable the Edge printer dialogue and print using the
traditional system dialogue? Or are there any other fixes besides opening up another brower or just saving the file? Thanks in advanced for your support!

vista printing

ok I just got done setting up my new network and i have a laptop with windows vista on it and a sever with windows sever 2003 on it. I have two printers hooked up to my sever a HP Laser Jet 6L and a HP Photosmart C3180 all in one printer when i try to print from my laptop its very slow sometimes office 2007 fezzes when i print from my gameing rig (which is xp home btw) every thing that i print from it is fast. any suggestions?
