Windows 10: Cant print word/excel/ppt from Microsoft Office 365 2019

Hi all,

I have a new notebook that run in win 10 and install with Microsoft office 365 2019.
It has been connected with Fuji Xerox CM255FW by wifi

I can print directly from web browser like IE & Chrome and pdf file, but not notepad; word; excel and powerpoint from Microsoft office 365 2019, all the words disappear, "stack" were printed instead.

Can anyone help to solve the problem?

P.S. I can print word; excel and ppt file from Fujitsu notebook via my Fuji Xerox printer which is running in win 7.

You have save thumbnail checked? (I know you already said yes... ) just checking

tpriest, think this could be a bug.

These are my observations...based on some new, and old files saving (with and without "save thumbnail" check in Word..

Old file, saved under same name (existing file, which didn't have save thumbnail checked, and after it was checked) - no way to view Thumbnail
Old file, saved under different name - Thumbnail is there
New file (with save thumbnail checked) - no problem, thumbnail is there
This is with Office 365 in Documents folder








i wouldn't notice it, since I always have file explorer set to details view

 

Office 2019

Only supported on Win10. Sorry, 8.1 users, only 4 years old, gotta go.

• The Office 2019 client apps will be released with Click-to-Run installation technology only. We will not provide MSI as a deployment methodology for Office 2019 clients. We will continue to provide MSI for Office Server products.
