Windows 10: cant purchase a game i refunded because i couldnt install it because of error code 0x80070005

i fixxed the error code on everything else but it still says "retry access is denied. exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005" doesnt say purchase anywhere and i cant cancel the download either.
