    Can't put Windows 11 to the computer which had Win 11 before formatting


    I was using Windows 11 in my computer. As a malware was caught, I had to format it and I did it through the shop I bought the computer. When they tried to install windows 11, they told that the iso file of win 11 can't be run. They tried my version which is 21h2, but it also can't be done. Only win 10 can be installed. Why is that? Once before when they put the os, they were able to put win 11 but know can't. Pls help.

    Formating cds or dvds not working on win 11 computer works on win 10 computer help

    Win 11 has no format choice on a right click. Disks format on a win 10 computer and then will run on the win 11 computer.

    Switching from Win 10 to Win 11

    I suggest you do a drive image backup of your current win 10 drive. I had some issues with Win 11 and I roll back using the Win10 image. As you don't have a Win 11 supported CPU, you have to tweak the Win 11 installation files.
