Windows 10: Can't re-connect my printer

I have an HP LaserJet Pro MFP M148dw printer on Win 10 that I've been using for several months with no major problems. It is Wi-Fi capable and I originally set it up to work wirelessly but this was very wonky and unreliable so I switched to a USB connection and it's worked great ever since. We recently upgraded our Wi-Fi and since I have the only working printer in the house I thought I'd try to go wireless again so my family could take advantage. Not only was I unable to connect it to the network but when I tried to revert back to USB that failed as well. My PC doesn't

• The name of the OEM + “contact information”
• The name of the OEM + “PC support”

Have you tried the suggestions on my initial post, in response to the original poster? If you haven't performed any troubleshooting yet, here are a couple of things you can try:

• Power off, and then power on your printer to restart it. Wait for a while for it to be fully ready.
• Check your printer connection. Check your printer and make sure that it’s connected to your PC network.

If the steps didn't help, you may go through this list of suggestions to fix printer connection in Windows 10.
