Windows 10: Can't Re-sign in again into Microsoft Store

This all happened when trying to install Minecraft via the .exe from the minecraft.net website. While trying to install it, it said I needed to sign into the store even though I was already signed in. I signed out to sign back in and now I cannot sign in with my personal email or even create a new email via the built in Microsoft Store. I can sign in on the website version totally fine, but for some reason I cannot sign in into the built-in version of it.I tried resetting it, repairing it, using run commands, and restart the computer and I can't seem to figure it out or get it to work. I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:

  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.
