Windows 10: Can't reactivate Windows 10 0x87e10bc6

Hi, yesterday I installed a fresh copy of windows 10 overriding the copy that was already installed. I did this a couple of times with no problems arising about the reactivation of my digital license. This time, however the copy stays inactivated and the troubleshooter doesn't help. Also, I can't contact support "There was a problem loading your support options". Is the problem really with their servers? Thanks.
