Windows 10: Can't reactivate Windows 11

i recently made a new computer with all new hardware and intended to move my Windows install/license to it. my previous computer was running Windows 10, The new computer supports Windows 11 so I upgraded soon after switching. It's now saying it can't reactivate Windows 11.When I select the "I have recently changed hardware option" I get this error message:"Troubleshooting has completed. We weren't able to activate Windows on this device. Contact Support to Get Help. You can activate this device by going to the Store and purchasing a genuine copy of Windows."My Windows product key is genuine an

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
