    Can't read text


    Text is all bold, blurry, and disorientated. This has happened multiple times in multiple places over the past few weeks - at times it is on the internet, at other times it is in our Sharepoint files. What would make this happen?     Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply. Are you still facing the issue? If yes, please reply to the below questions:

    • What is the edition of Windows 10 installed?
    • Are you using any other language packs on this computer?

    I suggest you to un-install any other language packs if installed. and then try to read the text in Hebrew and see if you can read it.

    Cortana doesnt read texts in lumia 650

    Hi Alex,

    Thank you for updating. Glad to know that Cortana is able to read texts in your phone. I suggest you to restart your phone and check if you are able to see photo and download the same. Also let us know if you are able to download photos from other messaging
    application. If the issue persists refer the steps below and install latest update in your phone.

    To check if you have new software available for your phone do the following:

    Lumia with Windows 10:

    • Go to Settings > Update & security >
      Phone update       and tap Check for updates.

    Cant Read friends text.

    • Cant Read friends text. Its a group text and for one of my friends it shows up blank... Can only recieve messages from him when he sends a picture in the group text or when he replies seperartly
