  1. Can't really work as the blue screen appears all the time


    I am using windows 10 in my laptop. Few months ago I started with facing blue screen errors and I don't know how that got disappeared and I worked in my laptop without any conflict. But again now, I think since a month or two, I am again facing the blue screen error. Even when I power on the laptop it gets to the desktop and sometimes the blue screen appears 1or 2 minutes after. Sometimes this happens when I plug in my laptop while I'm working. Except to browsing through Firefox, these days I'm working with Adobe Illustrator. But the issue is that, most of the time when I open Illustrator the blue screen appears.


    Windows 10 Home version 1909 runs in my laptop and updates are always installed by me daily.

    would like to know more about the issue. Please clarify the following:

    • Did you get a STOP code?
    • Did you install any hardware or driver recently?

    Hi Jon,

    Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device software drivers
    • Corrupted Windows update system files
    • Software/Security conflicts

    • Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
    • Have you tried booting in Safe mode?
