Windows 10: cant reboot… windows access denied + repair prompt

i’m losing my mind. it is so cringe to spend 6 hours going deep as possible in youtube and google rabbit holes where customer support has yet to provide ANY real **** answer or solution to this horrifying conundrum. ?!? HOW ARE ARTICLES FROM 2016 about the same **** problem. ??? HOW?I am no expert but I can say with the modern tech; it has me speechless that Windows let's this be a thing and doesn't seem to give a ****. I've done EVERYTHING that everyone else tried - my PC won't start - infinity boot up screen…could not repair pc etc cant restore from mybackups bevause it claims aren’t any ?!.

It's possible that you're not using an elevated command prompt, causing the Access Denied error. We suggest following these steps to properly disable the built-in administrator account:

• Right-click the Start button.
• Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
• Copy and paste net user Administrator /active:no and press
  Enter. If the command isn't successful, please post a screenshot so that we can study it further.

Let us know if you're able to hide the administrator account after following these steps.
