Windows 10: cant receive code number on my mobile number to verify my identity

i forgot my pin so i signed in my microsoft account and my last 4 numbers of my mobile number i entered then i waited to recieve a messege but nothing has been sent to me

Verifying Mobile Number

Every time I access my Ovi account on my pc it says I need to verify my mobile number. Every time I click the verify link I get a message saying I should receive a message shortly; I have never yet received a message although I've been trying on and off
for weeks (the mobile number listed is the correct one).



Any ideas anybody ??

 

Can't verify identity because phone number is old

My wife is in Italy and when she started her laptop today she logged in with her password, and got this message: "Verify your identity" She no longer has the phone number ending on 05, and that as the only option she had, so she selected “I don’t have any of these”.

Since she didn’t have access to a browser she called me in the US, and I entered her information in the URL listed. I changed the phone number to a new number in the security section of her account, and received a message that she can’t get a message on the phone for 30 days. How does she get into her laptop now? She doesn’t want to wait 30 days. Isn’t there another way she can verify her account?

Verify your identity. My phone in Afghanistan is not receiving the code.

My Account Is Unlocked and i can use It i know my password , But the Problem is when I login or when i want to do some changes , it sais"Verify your identity Text ‎*******46‎" i have my phone number but the code is not coming i tried many times but code is not coming to my number , My country Is Afghanistan.
