    cant receive verifacation code


    I am requested to verify my account, I insert the correct e-mail address for the verification, I am then requested to insert the code that I will receive via e-mail. I never get a code, I have been waiting 3 weeks for this code. does anybody have an answer to this problem ?

    Hi,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community. Your interest in Windows 10 is much appreciated.

    What is the make and model of your system?

    When you upgrade your computer from one version of Operating system to another, then some of the features might not work.

    I would suggest you to download the VeriFace driver from the manufacturer’s website and check if that helps.

    Lenovo VeriFace Removed After Upgrade to Windows 10

    i think windows 10 does not cover veriface as what is on windows 8.1. however, if you want to use veriface, you can always go back to windows 8.1. just go to settings and recovery then go back to windows 8.1 version.
