  1. Can't reconnect AirPods Pro to my PC

My airpods were not connecting to my PC so I decided to remove them and tried to pair them again. At first I couldn't remove the device, so I tried all the next options:Removing them from device manager.Removing keys from registry editor.Stopping the bluetooth support service from services manager.Updating and downgrading drivers.I managed to get my PC remove the airpods, but after I scanned for hardware changes on device manager, they showed up again everytime.Nothing has worked so far, I am able to connect other airpods and bluetooth devices to my PC, and my airpods still work with other PC.

    :)

  2. Airpods pro 2 not working on windows 10

    Hi

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

I understand the issues you're experiencing with your AirPods Pro on your Windows 10 PC. It seems like you've already tried some common troubleshooting steps. Here are a few more suggestions you might consider:

    1. Re-pair your AirPods: Remove your AirPods from the list of paired devices on your PC and then re-pair them. This could help reset the connection between your AirPods and your PC.
    2. Reset your AirPods: According to Apple, you can reset your AirPods Pro by pressing and holding the setup button on the back of the charging case for about 15 seconds until you see the status light flashing amber. After resetting, you can try re-pairing them with your PC.
    3. Disable the Hands-Free Telephony service: Go to Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Devices and Printers. Find your AirPods, right-click on them and select "Properties". Then go to the "Services" tab and uncheck "Hands-Free Telephony". Click Apply and OK, then try reconnecting your AirPods.
    4. Check Bluetooth services: Press Win+R, type "services.msc" and press Enter. In the Services window, find "Bluetooth Support Service", right-click it and select "Restart". Then, right-click it again, select "Properties" and set the startup type to "Automatic". Repeat these steps for "Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service".
    5. Check for interference: Other wireless devices and electronic equipment can interfere with Bluetooth connections. If possible, move your PC and AirPods away from other devices and try again.
    6. Seek professional help: If none of these steps resolve your problem, it may be worth bringing your PC and AirPods to a professional for a check-up.

AirPods Pro 2 Microphone Not Working on PC

I see you are showing the AirPods Pro version but you state you are using the AirPods Pro 2 version. The reason I am asking is because I found out that my AirPods Pro 2 are not working with the microphone but my AirPods Pro, are.

I have not yet tried a hard reset, as has been suggested previously. My indications are like the ones you show in your attachments.

Can't reconnect AirPods Pro to my PC

AirPods Pro keep disconnecting and reconnecting.

I'm using my computer, and it randomly disconnects and reconnects. It's very annoying. I've tried updating drivers, and forgetting the AirPods and repairing, but no avail.
