Windows 10: Can't record gameplay video smoothly - fullscreen causes lagging

Installed the latest Windows 10 version recently and fully updated it also installed KB5003690 update 'cause my Windows 7 just decided to pass away, lol. So I have version 21H1, just fyi, maybe it can help to fix this issue. Also my specs:Intel Core i5-4430GTX 650 1GB16 GB RAM1GB 7200RPM HDDWell, everything was fine on Windows 7 - I could easily record my gameplay by ShadowPlay, Action! or OBS, none of my game had lags. But after I updated to Windows 10 there's a lags appeared and now I can't record any video in fullscreen mode with VSync off, it's like an image just stutter when I move my m

Recorded gameplay using Xbox Game Bar only shows black screen with audio?

I have had this issue for quite a long time. I would be playing a game (in this case CS:GO), and the gameplay video would only show a black screen with clear audio. This only happens when I am using the "Record That" feature playing in fullscreen. I realize
that this feature works perfectly fine in fullscreen windowed, but I want to play in complete fullscreen. For my PC, there is a drastic FPS difference between fullscreen and fullscreen windowed, so i don't want to play in fullscreen windowed. I have tried
everything I can to fix the problem but I get nowhere. To sum up, I can record fine on fullscreen but I only record a black screen when trying to use the "Record That" feature. Playing in fullscreen windowed is fine for recording but the low FPS affects my
gameplay drastically. Any ideas?

 

Windows Game DVR glitches out of fullscreen, then records a second and stops the recording.

Since a few days i'm getting a bug with game dvr. If i try to record my minecraft gameplay, it just bugs out of fullscreen, record 1 second and just stop the recording saying "gameplay saved"

I have no clue how to fix it.

 

Video lags in fullscreen mode.

So, after another windows 10 update I'm observing some video lags in a fullscreen mod while the video loades. Video starts lagging. Got the same issue playing Dota 2/PUBG. From 120 fps its randomly
drops to 50, and some mouse lag appears. Your mouse is kinda stuck and barely moves.example1 example2.example3 heres
some captures showing the lags. Reinstalling drivers didnt help, neither windows factory reset. PC using: Asus G752VT, video card 970M. Any ideas how to fix this.
