Windows 10: Can't record or capture anything

I can't configure or use the recording feature of windows 11. I've tried every article I found including uninstalling xbox game bar, xbox app, using powershell, modifying registry, as well as disabling controlled folder access in Widows Security to no avail. Is this is a known bug? I'm running an Nvidia RTX 3080 and an 11th Gen IntelR CoreTM i7-11700K @ 3.60GHz and have all of my drivers up to date.Here is a screenshot for reference:

What are the fields output by Steps Recorder?

Problem Step Recorder does not have such documentation but it is very clear, it takes snapshot and list down user's steps as it being captured by PSR.

 

Can not record audio.

We suggest that you run troubleshooting for Audio Recording by following these steps:

• Type troubleshooting on the search box.
• Click View all.
• Select Recording Audio.
• Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.

My workaround is to use PowerPoint Screen Recorder but this need additional screen capture.

The reason for Screen Recorder is Windows 10 Mouse Cursor for Office Menu item disappear when select Screen Capture App. It is cumbersome to show Tech Support what is selected on Office App on captured screen...
