    Can't recover account


    I haven't logged into my account in over a year and don't know password. I tried to reset the password but that reverts me to recovery form. Since it's been over a year, the recovery form doesn't work. My account has been blocked at least a month due to wrong passwords. What can I do? I've asked microsoft to unblock my account but they send me back to reset password page. It's like I'm going in circles.
