Windows 10: Cant recover bitlocker recovery key from microsoft site.

I am trying to get my recovery key directly from the site. I can't access my laptop since all I get is a black screen since I last updated it. Every time I go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey and sign in I get a " Try a different URL
We don’t have anything to show you at this link. Try searching for what you want, instead." message.
