Windows 10: Cant recover windows at all

hi


sudden crash left me on the recovery screen and when i try to get back into windows it shows a black screen that is followed up by a boot loop.



Figured out i’d just do a complete reset of the laptop (keep in mind its brand new). Reset goes fine and im back into windows for 20min, and it crashes again.


This time i get into recovery menu and i try a few commands i saw here on the community.


i tried all the bootfix commands only to have them fail and leave me nowhere.


i also tried chkdsk /r /x followed up by a sfc /scannow. This also failed. And now there are no users on the pc so i cant use cmd.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
