Windows 10: can't redeem Microsoft bing points

My Microsoft account has been "restricted" for two weeks, but only when I try to redeem my microsoft bing points. I can't redeem 1000 robux roblox giftcard for 15k points i have 19k

• Are you trying to redeem points that you've earned by using Microsoft Store? If not, which app are you using to earn the points that you want to use?
• Are you getting any error messages or error codes?
• Which application are you trying to purchase?

Redeemed Bing Points are not being in the Windows Store in windows 10

I have a $3.00 Bing Rewards. I redeemed my rewards through an email that took me to the windows store. My redeemed point won't process through the store. This has been very frustrating and Microsoft customer support has been HORRIBLE.

Bing Rewards lets you earn credits for searching on Bing or trying new features from Bing or other Microsoft products and services. Bing Rewards credits can be redeemed for a variety of gift cards and other rewards. As soon as you've accumulated enough credits,
go to the redemption center, choose your reward, and complete the checkout process.
