    Can't redeem 'Microsoft Reward Points' for Gift Certificates


    Am trying to redeem Microsoft Reward Points for gift Certificates. I have almost 300k points accumulated.Have followed every step. Have provided active wireless phone number, and email address.Microsoft computer sends 'verification code' email message, with no six-digit code included.Have received 1 code on my phone, keyed it in, submitted it, didn't receive anything else. 'NOTHING ELSE"!Have phoned 3 different tollfree phone numbers for Microsoft support. Microsoft system won't give option for human support agent.Want to use cash from gift certificates for Christmas shopping.Please help, ASAP
