Windows 10: Can't reinstall Windows 10 after crash

Some background - I was just watching youtube videos on my Win10 PC yesterday when I noticed some graphics issues comment section profiles not loading, chrome not responding. Right after that happened, I got a blue screen saying something like "There is something wrong with this device :", and my PC restarted on its own.I am then greeted with the Windows Installation blue screen. Any computer repair option doesn't work so I gave up on my files and tried to just install windows. But it doesn't work.When I get to the Windows Setup screen, there are drive 0 partitions 1-4, but all the options

all games crash!

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Blue screen crashes after reinstalling Windows 10

I reinstalled Windows 10 because the Windows Updates kept failing and it would not recognize a USB device. After reinstallation, Windows Updates complete successfully and the USB device is recognized. But the computer is now crashing frequently all with different errors. Chrome is also crashing frequently with a memory error.

I have the dump files available to upload.

Troubleshooting steps taken so far:

• Memtest found no errors
  
• Turned on Driver Verifier
  

 

[Solved] Windows 10 keeps reinstalling KB3119142

I noticed quite some time ago that KB3119142 (Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Update 4 Redistributable Package) kept reinstalling itself for some reason. At least once daily. Sometimes up to several times a day. I just ignored it. It didn't seem to be doing any harm. And I figured they'd eventually fix it. Well...days turned into weeks, weeks into months, with no end to the problem in sight. It dragged on unsolved for at least the last few months. Literally reinstalling itself hundreds of(at least a hundred, felt like more) times in that period of time.

So I finally googled it a couple days ago. And just got around to fixing it today. Which appears to have worked. And it couldn't have been easier to do. I feel so stupid to have let it intimidate me for so long.*Oops!
