Windows 10: Can’t Reinstall Windows to SSD Time Sensitive

Recently had to do a fresh install of Windows 11 due to a bad update corrupting the boot files. However, it will only let me install Windows onto the SATA drive and not the SSD. After installing it to the SATA performance of both windows and installed programs tanked. I tried to do the fresh reinstall again, but I could only select the SATA out of the partitions available.How do I reformat the SSD and make it the priority drive for Windows? Can provide specs if needed.

We appreciate your response. Since all possible troubleshooting steps have been exhausted, what we would suggest next for you is to uninstall the latest update. Once the update has been uninstalled, kindly check if the sensitivity of your mouse improves.
Here are the steps to uninstall the latest update:

• Open Settings.
• Go to Update and Security and select Windows Update.
• Select View installed update history.
• Choose the latest update and select uninstall.
