Windows 10: cant remove a program of some kind

there is this program or what ever they claim it to be called system requirements labs for showing game requirements, and I'm getting convinced that its a virus or Trojan because I can remove it. the method the give to remove is so blatantly stupid and the very tool they give can even detect the program to remove it. I want to remove it at first because it is showing in accurate reading of my system, and I'm realizing my system is behaving strangely by using a very high CPU usage when completely idle. this thing is the only thing I have installed, well third party thing I have installed and si

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

Best way to remove problem Malware

Hi There,

I am trying to remove a bundle of Malware without success.

There is a bundle of listed programs which I try to uninstall through the typical Control Panel effort, but they remain listed there:

Buenosearch Toolbar
MyPC Backup
PC Performer
Speed Test 127
UnknownFile

I was looking at this weblink which provides a 5 step process for Buenosearch alone:

Not sure how much certain guides can be trusted. One of the first things I read was to download Revo Uninstaller, and I've not heard of it so I'm not sure if it's trustworthy..........
