Windows 10: Can't remove HEVC Video Extensions from Device Manufacturer

I've come to the conclusion that HEVC Video Extensions from Device Manufacturer is conflicting with DeoVR on my computer; the only app that will allow me to playback VR videos on my Valve Index for some reason. I need to uninstall and reinstall it to see if that fixes the issue.Upon clicking a link to the application, Microsoft Store opens and brings me to its page, and tells me it is already installed. However, the application is nowhere to be found on my computer. I have checked my start page, control panel, ran "Get-AppxPackage select Name,PackageFullName,NonRemovable" on Windows Powershe

• Where are you getting HEVC Video Extensions from Device Manufacturer showing as temporarily unavailable?
