Windows 10: Can't remove old company enrollment of my own personal computer

Hi the MS Community !


As usual, I add my professional email box to Outlook on my own personal computer to be able to keep an eye easily on what's going on / urgencies during time off or weekends.

Adding my pro email automatically add my computer to Intunes of the company's server I guess.

Today, it's now several months that I left the old company @ldc.com, and IT staff have of course disabled my account that's normal but in result a notification regularly pops out to tell my there a problem on a company/school account and when I click on Manage button beside my old company account, that send my to the company portal where I can't login because account disabled so I can't remove enrollment...

So is there an other way to cleanup this ?

I already tried to find I delete some registry keys containing my old pro email HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity\Identities\ HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\WorkplaceJoin\JoinInfo, but without success, the entry still shows up in the Settings panel.

Company Apps enrollment certificate in the way of re-enrollment

I have been connected to our company via an MDM server and the Company Apps client on the phone. For various reasons I have had to re-enroll but is now hampered by the old certificate (eventhough it is the same certificate as currently used). Is there
any way for deleting this old certificate with out hard resetting the phone? Could enrolling to an other company gateway solve the issue? Anyway to manually delete the old certificate?

 

Finger print enrollments with Win hello feature in Win 10

Hi ,

I will brief my Issue / Questions here :

While enrolling finger prints to win hello , the maximum number of enrollments will take upto 10 fingers

But the 10 finger prints which we have enrolled doesn't listed like finger print 1,2,3,4,5, etc...

and also while removing the enrollments , all enrollments are removed with one click.

So please suggest me is this expected???

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
