Windows 10: Can't repair Windows Security blank screen

I've done all of the following and none have worked so far:Restarting nothing changesUpdating Windows nothing changesResetting Windows Security App nothing changesReinstalling Windows Security App nothing changesPerfoming a System File Check sfc and dism download some files from time to time, but nothing changesI reinstalled windows from the os itself with the boot option that it gives that lets you maintain your files, since then i've these issues that I didn't before. Not only is Windows Security Blank, but when I try to run a scan directly by right-clicking a file, it gives: "..

Windows booting to blank screen after safe mode

Click these keys whenever you see a black screen:
Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B > report what you see and hear

See if you can boot to the BIOS using the information in this link:

Windows 10 blank screen

I suggest you to perform a Power Drain by following the steps provided below and check.

• Hold the power button down 20-30 seconds.
• Hold the volume rocker up and power on for almost 15 seconds.
• After you release the buttons, wait 10 seconds.
• Press and release the power button to turn your Surface back on.

After performing a Power Drain, perform Startup Repair by following the steps provided below:

• Go to the Microsoft software download website and create Windows 10
  installation media.
• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select
  Repair your computer.
• On the Choose an option screen, select
  Troubleshoot>Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.
