Windows 10: Can't reserve windows 10, no icon in tray.

I used to have the icon in the system tray, however recently I needed to reset my computer so the reservation at the time was wiped.

Having completed the reset I have now found that I cannot reserve a copy of windows 10 through control panel, clicking reserve just comes up with the loading cursor then goes back to normal after 2-3 seconds, and also cannot see the icon in the system tray at all. I have installed all required updates, tried the troubleshooting with command prompt and pretty much everything else you can name, including, reinstalling SP1 and ensuring I have a fully licensed, verified version which will allow the update.

I have completely run out of ideas as to what to, and even Google doesn't have the answer.

If anyone has experienced this then please help.

How Windows 10 full version will be released to Widnows Insiders?

I Have the latest windows 10 insider build and I want to know how the full version will be released to insiders if it will be like a build update because I can't find a reserve icon on the tray

I can't access the get windows 10 app

I have the get windows 10 app icon on my tray but whenever I click on the icon it wont open so I can't access the app so I can reserve a copy of windows 10. Also this is the third time the icon has popped up in the tray but unable to access the app. Then
every 5 - 10 minutes it would say I dont have permission to access this item

 

When you open Windows Update does it tell you Windows 10 will download when ready?

 

No, It has the blue box saying learn more about windows 10, or reserve it. Neither of which are working when I click it.

 

Any other suggestions? I'm getting reasonably frustrated with this now...
