Windows 10: Can’t reset my pc and I keep getting error code 0xc0000225. How do I fix this?

My pc is obviously having problems so I tried factory resetting it. It wouldn’t let me reset it there. I’ve tried some command prompt fixes and those didn’t work. Whatever I can do to be able to start over would be great.
