Windows 10: Can't reset the microsoft store or any apps

I recently got 35 viruses from a Microsoft store app call "Bullet Force Multiplayer" so I spent 200 dollars and got the viruses removed and I wanted to delete "Bullet Force Multiplayer" to stop it from giving me more viruses but when I try to delete it, it says it can not be uninstalled and gives me the error code 0x80073CFE so I searched up how to fix this and it told me to reset the Microsoft store so I went to go reset the store but whenever I try, it says it can not be reset try again later, I cannot search anything from the start menu or file directory too but that's a different pro
