Windows 10: Can't restore/reinstall Windows 10 on Acer Aspire 3 Laptop after crash

I hope you can help me with my laptop as it will not start-up/load Windows 10.

After receiving a blue error screen with "stop code" on it, my laptop crashed and I cannot restart it. After it crashed, I restarted it and "automatic repair" set in, but unfortunately it could not repair my laptop. When I press alt and F10 keys together or the F8 key during boot-up, I get a blue screen with several options on it. If I click on "troubleshoot" option, I get the following options: 1. Start-up Repair; 2.Command Prompt; 3.Uninstall Updates; 4.UEFI Firmware Setting; 5. System Restore; and 6. System Image Recovery.

When I click on "system restore", I get the following message: "To use System Restore, you must specify which Windows installation to restore. Restart this computer, select an operating system, and then select System Restore."

If I click on "system image recovery" option, I get the following messages "An internal error occurred. The following information might help you resolve the error: STATUS_WAIT_20x80070002."

However, I can get into Command Prompt. When I do I get this message: "x:\windows\system32>". I wonder if this could be the recovery drive?

I know that my laptop has a recovery partition on it as I used it around 6 months ago to reset my computer. Can anyone help me to get my laptop working again?

More windows 10 fullscreen crash problems - Acer Aspire 3

Ok, so my new Acer Aspire 3 has been having this problem since I got it - The darn thing will crash if anything goes into fullscreen. Like, literally ANYTHING. This thing is my streaming device and I would love to not have to stare intently at the middle
of my screen while streaming (I need my apps small or they lag).

Anyone have any suggestions on fixing the problem?

An Acer Aspire 3 has these statistics:

CPU: AMD A9-9420, runs at 3GHz

GPU: AMD Radeon R5

RAM: 12GB

1 IB storage capacity

 

Acer Aspire 5560 not upgrading to windows 10

That Error Code seems to be most frequently associated with/pointing to incompatible Drivers. The Acer Aspire 5560 Model is only listed on the Acer Site under 'Legacy Hardware' as far as I can tell, which suggests they may not be too interested in providing
further firmware/driver updates, but you could try asking on their Forums. According to this site ( Acer Aspire 5560, 5560G Notebook Win7, Win8 Driver, Utility | Notebook Drivers ) the last updates were released in 2012!

 

Windows 10 crash after installation on Laptop Acer Aspire E5-573

Hello everyone i`m having an issue with an acer aspire e15 ( procesor intel core i5) every time after i install windows 10 its working properly untill i shut it down. when i turn it on again windows is crashing and i have to reinstall it again, i have this
issue from at least 1 month, everyday i`m reinstalling the windows to be able to use the laptop. Any ideas what can be the problem and how can i solve it ?
