Windows 10: Can't retrieve account details to reset laptop

Hello,about 6 months ago I bought a DELL laptop with windows 11 on it. That's in UK, England. Yesterday it crashed and has not been able to start again since. Auto repair is not going through and the only option i have is a soft or hard reset/re-install of Windows. The problem for this is that I need the bitlocker key which for one I never recorded anywhere - I had not realised windows 11 use encryption - and secondly I'm not able to logon to my account to retrieve it. I've tried multiple times with the best that I know and account recovery is being denied.Is there another way for me to retrie

Hi! I have a Lumia 520...running on windows 8.1.

I had this weird problem of the flight mode getting turned on automotically and I wasn`t able to turn it off. After reading blogs and suggestions online, I decided to reinstall software using Windows phone recovery tool. After an hour of processing, it said
the operation was unsuccessful. Then I went ahead with factory reset from the settings option on the phone.

The unfortunate thing is that even after the hard reset, I still have not got rid of the flight mode problem. And making the siutation worse, I am not able to retrieve contacts from the microsoft account. Whenever I used to add a new contact on my phone,
it used to save on the microsoft account, which I presumed gets backed up on the microsoft account cloud by default( just as how the contacts saved on the google account get saved on the gmail cloud). But now I am not able to even view any of those contacts-
on my phone nor online from www.people.live.com. I have synced my phone with the microsoft account and I dont see any contacts there! I have been able to retrieve contacts from google account without any extra back up step. then why is this not happenning?

Please help me regarding the contacts as well as flight mode issue!!!
