Windows 10: Can't retrieve files from kodax digital photo frame

I have a kodax pulse w1030 digital photo frame and I want to retrieve photos from its internal memory but when I connect my windows 11 laptop to the frame via the USB port my laptop does not see the drive in Windows explorer. Can any one help please

Where a grid appears on the digital camera's display so one can frame the image/picture in the display, level it the image/photo before taking it?
This option would be a useful image/photo 'tool' for a Windows Phone, if one does not yet exist in current Windows Phone software?
Something to be put on the Windows Phone 'software update' list?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Once you plug in the camera you will get a pop-up on the top right top corner.
• Click on the pop-up.
• It will open the file, then you will be able to copy the pictures from the file and save to your locations.

Is the Pandigital Digital Photo Frame a plug and play device? Could you provide us a screenshot of the Device Manager when the device is plugged and unplugged. Please see sample image below.





Meanwhile, could you please try uninstalling the device driver and reinstall it while the digital photo frame is plugged in to further isolate the issue.

Kindly update us with the results.
