Windows 10: Can't retrieve my son's password

I created a child account, linked as a family member. I created an email account for my son so he could have the added safety features for online activity. He doesn't use the email account. There is no activity on it besides the welcome info that came in when the account was created and invitation to Microsoft family account.

When I submit a form there isn't enough information to verify the account. Duh there is no activity on it. You would think since it is linked as a child account this should be easier for a parent.


I am about ready to just wipe it and not use microsoft this way
