Windows 10: Can't right click on desktop

Hi all,I've been pushing this problem off for awhile now but now it's just getting annoying. Everything on my computer functions properly except for when I try to right click on my desktop I.E. trying to make a new folder. As soon as I restart the computer, I have a small window of time of where I can right click things and get what I need but as soon as the boot up is complete, that's when the problem arises. The screen loads and then crashes shortly after. This also affects trying to right click any folder or document within my documents. When looking at the event viewer, this is what come

To resolve your issue with flickering desktop, we suggest that you update your display drivers with the steps listed below:

• Right-click Start, then select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters to find the name of your device.
• Right-click the device and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow steps to update display drivers.
