Windows 10: cant roll back driver routine

Discus and support cant roll back driver routine in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; when i try to roll back the driver routine, its just an gray area, and i cant update the driver routine either. what should i do to get back the driver...     Hi Mr. Davidson,

    You can always rollback drivers whenever you found some issues in using the latest driver, but you cannot rollback the driver by simply placing an older version of the driver in
    system32 driver folder. Instead, try these steps:

    • Search and open Device Manager.
    • Find your driver on the driver list.
    • Right-click on it and select Properties.
    • Under the Driver tab, click Roll Back Driver.

    Thank you for posting your reply.

    I suggest you to Roll Back the driver by following the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
    • Locate the driver from the list.
    • Right click on the driver and select properties.
    • Under Driver tab, click on Roll back.
    Once the steps are performed, restart the computer and update the drivers. Check if the issue persists.
