    Can't run pgm from Downloads


    I run Windows 10 Pro on a very old Dell laptop. This morning, I down loaded a program to Downloads and tried to run it. I got the following message:I checked out the file and all looks normal to these untrained eyes. What's wrong, and how do I fix it?

    Where to obtain a zip/unzip pgm

    I've been dealing with multiple issues when attempting to upgrade a laptop Win 7 HP to Win 10. My latest issue is the SECOND-BOOT - MIGRATE_DATA 8007002C - 4000D failure. I've located a possible fix using AUTORUNS.

    Could someone suggest a safe site for the following:

    1. a zip/unzip pgm

    2. AUTORUNS

    I've encountered one virus issue when trying to download a free version of WINZIP, blocked by my anti-virus pgm

    and I'd rather not go through that again....
