Windows 10: Can't run TRIM on PNY CS900 SSD

I just upgraded my hard drive (MBR) with a PNY SSD on a HP p6640f running Windows 10 v 1909 and everything went well. The new SSD is recognized in Device Manager with no flags. I went into Windows Optimize Drives and my Wind C: shows a ss drive however it states "optimization not available". Checked BIOS and SATA controller is in AHCI mode. I then issued the CMD command "fsutil behavior query DisableDeleteNotify" and received the following reply. NTFS DisableDeleteNotify = 0 (Disabled)ReFS DisableDeleteNotify = 0 (Disabled)I assume the return code 0 indicates TRIM is turned on but what does the disabled mean? Any ideas why I cant optimize or manually trim my new SS drive? Any help will be appreciated.

SSD Trim Status Says "Never Run" after a reboot

I have the same issue , running 2004 on a laptop with NVME SSD (Samsung) and a Lenovo Laptop with SATA SSD (Crucial). Both laptops, once run trim, after reboot, status goes back to needs optimization, never trimmed.

This is however not listed on Official page for Windows 2004 Known Issues, wonder why?

 

Will a ssd help my minecraft fps at all?
