Windows 10: Cant save files when updating Windows

I'm trying to update Windows to the latest version but cant save any files and don't know the solution

Saves log files ?

You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

Download CCcleaner from here...........

You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.

 

cant open zip files without saving first

When i get an attachment via email like a zip file i cant just open the file from the email i have to save and then open, i have tried the reg fix with the level security but still i cant open files, its a real pain

I also suggest to temporarily disable your antivirus to isolate the issue, as well as perform the steps(2-10) mentioned on this article:
