Windows 10: Can't Save Monitor Preferences

I currently have 2 Brand new HP OMEN 27U Monitors hooked up to my windows 10 PC. I'm running a AMDRadeon RX 580 Series Graphics card and have both monitors pugged in to the card via 2x 8K Display Port Cables.On Startup only one screen shows my computer desktop. I have to Right click, go to display, then from there, I scroll down to multiple monitors and the option says Show Only On 1. Now the top of the screen when I hit detect, says it can't detect a monitor, and when I go to the multiple monitor selection I have the 4 options. Each option I choose to will not show the desktop on the other mo

In this case, we would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check.

1. Launch Skype.
2. Drag the Skype Window to secondary monitor.
3. Resize the window as per your preference.
4. Maximize the Window and Restore Down.
5. Then close the skype window in secondary monitor.
6. Then try re-launching and check if the issue resolves.
