Windows 10: Can't Save MS Video when clicking on "finish video" - second attempt to get help

Created 1 hour video using the MS Video Editor with pics, custom music. Looks great. Now attempting to "finish" and "export" I'm getting an error message. I have tried restarting, using a completely different file name, different save locations.... closing everything else except the editor... Need to save into a format that I can show in an upcoming event. Thank you.

When I click on Finish VIdeo, it keeps buffering, and then pop up goes away suddenly. The file saved in the concerned folder is an mp4 file but does not play of the media player

• Which application you are using to play the video?
• What is the format of the videos you are trying to play?
• Does this happens with all other videos as well?

This issue might be due to outdated or corrupted graphic card drivers. Let's try the below steps and check if it helps:

Step 1: Run Video Playback Troubleshooter.

I suggest you to run the Video Playback
Troubleshooter. Follow these steps to run
Video Playback troubleshooter:

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar and select it.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click Video Playback
  troubleshooter.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
• Check if issue persists.

Step 2: Also, I suggest you to update your graphic card drivers.

I suggest you to update graphic drivers and check if it helps. Follow the steps given below.

• 
  Press Windows key + X key and click on
  Device manager.
  
• 
  Search for Display Adapters.
  
• 
  Right-click on the graphics
  card and click on Update driver software.

How to save a video draft when using Photos

I have not finished with editing my video. How do I save the video so I can go back to it and then finish the video,

Do you think someone could write out step by step instructions for how to use, trim, edit, and save the draft. How about a step by step video with very clear instructions and samples, this way I won't spend all day long on one project!!!!!!!
