Windows 10: Can't search in Windows anymore or uninstall programs

So some context. This started about 3 days ago to be exact before I updated my windows to the latest version today. 3 days ago I noticed I could not right click to copy or paste as the options were no longer in the selection. That was fine since I had control c and v. Fast forward to today and I noticed I could no longer search after clicking the windows menu button. That was fine since I just had to manually go through the menu to find what I needed. Then I tried to uninstall Microsoft teams since I don't enjoy it popping up on startup nor do I use it. Can't do that. Tried to uninstall some other programs just to make sure and can't do that either. The issue? Whenever I click on the search or to uninstall a program it's almost like it double clicks, so it opens and closes the search immediately, and it opens the uninstall option just to click out of the secondary prompt before I can do anything. So with all these issues piling up I updated windows to the current build and still no dice, although I got my copy and past functions back so not all bad. I've already tried restarting windows explorer multiple times, changing mice just to make sure it's not a mouse issue, and nothing. Not sure what's going on here or what to do anymore.

can't uninstall program

- Did you try un-installing the program from programs and features?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Repairing or removing programs

To uninstall programs, go to Settings.

• On the Start menu, then select Settings.
• Select System > Apps & features.
• Select the program, then select Uninstall. Some apps that are built in to Windows can’t be uninstalled.
  
• Follow the directions on the screen.

If you are still unable to uninstall the program, follow the steps below.

• In Search, enter Control Panel and select Control Panel.
• Select Programs > Programs and Features, then select the program.
• Select the program, then select Uninstall. Some apps that are built in to Windows can’t be uninstalled.
  
• Follow the directions on the screen.

How to uninstall corrupt program (print master)
