Windows 10: Cant See A 400 Robux Code Bougth From xbox.com

I accidentaly bougth a 400 robux code for xbox,i tougth it was a CODE,but its not,it said download the game from microsoft store,i downloaded it and loged in and THERE WAS NO ROBUX İN MY ACCOUNT,please help its expensive in Turkey :

"To redeem after purchase, launch Roblox on Xbox and sign in to your account."

Might be worth checking your email address about the receipt and how to redeem your purchase if the above doesn't work.

 

I have recently bought "400 Robux for Xbox" and I cannot redeem it.

I have bought 400 robux for xbox (roblox) and the order status is "completed" but I do not see any robux in the account, nor did I get a digital code from microsoft to redeem it my self on the roblox redemption page. I do not have any credit on the account
either, another thing I am wondering is why microsoft needs my billings address for a digital code, cant they just email me it? or is it for verification, if its just verification then I understand that.
